What to do if the school doesn't help you against bullying ?

1) Who to talk to ?

If you are being bullied and if the school doesn't help you, you can talk about it to the people you trust most, otherwise tell your family. But if your family life is complicated, you can meet a pscyhologist to talk.

Your friends are always a way to resolve problems. Find some you can count on, who will help you when you're in need.

Talking with someone can free you and help you to find a solution to your harassment. But if you don't want to talk with anyone about this, you will have to find the solution by yourself. But it can be hard to solve the problem by yourself. You're not alone.

2) What can we do by ourselves

To resolve the problem by yourself, you can go to see the police or you can try to stand up to your bully and fight your fears, but beware, don't put yourself in a weak position and never resort to violence.

Avoiding your bully could be a good solution : the best defence is not always offence.
